I have worked as an Interim Product Owner mostly in the travel technology sector, but also in Internet of Things / Embedded.

Responsibilities and situations I have experience in include:
- Gathering product insights from customers, analytics data, stakeholders, and the team
- Shaping a B2B product roadmap together with stakeholders and team
- Working with stakeholders, communicating results
- Working with Sales and Marketing on a product
- Developing and communicating product goals
- Preparing backlog items (user stories etc.) together with team and stakeholders
- Aligning with other product teams or the overall organization (e.g. as part of a SaFE product increment, a LeSS setup etc.)
- Being a product owner for multiple teams
- Setting priorities
- Managing defects and quality issues in general
- Working with UX/Design people
- Working with the team in building a feature (e.g. during a Scrum Product increment)
- Working with the team to ensure the quality of what is being built (e.g. helping with test cases)
- Ensuring the smooth running of continuous delivery, releases, rollbacks etc.
- Liaising with those people operating a product such as customer support, or systems administration
- Being the Product Owner for a technical product such as an API, an SDK, a developer tool, or an IoT product
- Being the Product Owner for an internal product or service, such as for fulfillment processes
- Empirically analyzing past performance together with the team (e.g. looking at Kanban metrics)
- Constructively taking part in inspect & adapt exercises such as a Sprint Retrospective
